Shipping Policy

We’re so excited for you to receive your Brees & Cream pieces! Here’s everything you need to know about how your order gets from our hands to yours:


1. Order Processing Time

Once your order is placed, we get right to work!

  • Processing starts within 18 hours
  • Since each piece is handmade with care, production times are:
    • 1–3 business days for standard items
    • 3–7 business days for custom pieces
  • During busy periods, processing may take a little longer — but we’ll always keep you updated via email.

 

2. Shipping & Delivery Time

Estimated delivery: 3–8 business days.

Please note: delivery time begins once the order has shipped and may vary depending on your location, carrier, or customs.


3. Shipping Costs

We charge a flat shipping rate of $8:00 for shipping.

We also run free shipping promos from time to time — stay tuned!


4. International Shipping

We do ship worldwide! Some regions may have logistical restrictions, so feel free to contact us if you have questions before ordering.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. You can also view your tracking info in your Shopify order details or via Brees & Cream directly.


6. Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived in the estimated time, reach out to us. We’ll connect with the carrier and do our best to resolve the issue quickly.


7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, let us know right away and send us a photo or any other proof you have. We’ll happily resend or refund your order after reviewing the details.


8. Changing Your Shipping Address

If you need to update your address, contact us before your order ships. If it’s already in transit, we’ll do what we can to help reroute it.
